Mission statement

Our aim is to help young people who, because of their social and geographical situation, lack the knowledge and personal capital to gather information to make a successful career choice. We support young people to increase their chances of social mobility and to develop their adaptability to the labour market in a rapidly changing world through our school curriculum, counselling processes, building an online knowledge base, organising outreach programmes and developing partnerships with companies.

Main Activities and Programs:

Career Orientation and Guidance:

  • The foundation offers one-on-one counseling sessions for students uncertain about their educational or professional paths. These sessions involve tools like personality assessments and discussions to identify suitable fields of study or career options.
  • Group workshops and activities are also provided to help participants explore various career opportunities collaboratively

Collaborations and Partnerships with companies:

  • Over the past year, we have invested a lot of energy in offering services to actors in the for-profit sector and building partnerships with companies in relation to their CSR or ESG strategy.
  • Our aim is to be able to connect as much as possible through projects implemented jointly with employers and projects supported by them, because they have the labour market information that we want to pass on to young people.
